I am a Therapeutic Behaviour and Relationship Coach. Specialising in Mental Health with Healthy Relationships.

Two assumptions underpin the work I do:

Letting go is the hardest thing you’ll ever have to do.

My hope for you to feel confident in managing yourself and your energy. To know yourself, what you are capable of and how to communicate all these things. And to understand and respond to others with compassion, authenticity and healthy boundaries.

I have learned how to move through the tough stuff and I would love for you to learn these things too. You can stop struggling and know how find more peace. Even with mental health diagnoses as part of your relationships.

Create relationships of deep meaningful connection, starting with yourself.

Chances are you found your way here because you are someone who has a mental health diagnosis or someone who loves them. You are lost and feel alone, you don’t know how to change your own behaviour, or to support the one you love. You feel like you will never manage to have a healthy relationship. You really want greater confidence, calm and connection and are looking for a plan to make that happen.

You have come to the right place. Together we can understand and change patterns and interactions, change your own behaviour and influence theirs. Improve communication and satisfaction in life and relationships. Find courage to have difficult conversations. Feel understood, heard and connected again (or for the first time).

I specialise in providing support to folks who struggle with mental health within themselves or within their relationship with someone who struggles. I work with those who identify with emotional intensity, feel disconnected from themselves, unhappy and wonder how to maintain effective communication, connection and intimacy in relationships.  

Generally, my clients know they are different and come up against the same struggles repeatedly. But they haven’t worked out how to effectively change things to really make a difference. They have tried traditional talk therapies and haven’t got what they needed. Many are professional adults, wondering how they got so far and yet still struggle with things they think they ‘should’ be able to manage, like their reactions, boundaries, relationships and tough conversations.

Some are ashamed at their emotional reactivity and things they have done, others are wondering how and why they became so disconnected from themselves and the things that used to bring pleasure.

They all want to achieve more, but mostly they just want to ‘feel better’ and have better relationships.
